After meeting on a blind date Suzanne and Duncan both knew they were meant for one another and just eight short months later they were engaged.

Their wedding day took place at the beautiful Pilgrims Rest in Battle which suited their vintage, relaxed day so perfectly well. Combined with the decorative skills of Betty Loves Vintage and catered for with an afternoon tea the venue was the perfect choice. Being situated next to Battle Abbey, where Duncan works, gave us the perfect opportunity for some winter engagement shoots in the snow.

Suzanne prepared for the day using the rooms at the Pilgrims Rest and wore a tea length vintage dress from Cutting Edge Brides in Bexley. Her daughters made beautiful bridesmaids and wore complimentary dusty purple and grey dresses accessorised with sparkly converse and Suzanne's son walked her down the aisle in this wonderful family affair. During the service Suzanne's 10 year old daughter gave a reading of 'The Very Lovely Dinosaur' and as part of the speeches her son spoke on behalf of the family welcoming Duncan as their step-dad.

I'd like to wish Suzanne and Duncan and their family the very best future together.
